The closer to the source, the purer the ingredients, the better food you can make. This is a motto that I grew up with. Then you add some respect for the product and that’s all you need to cook. I feel really blessed to have such a great selection of fresh fish and seafood all around me and with the many different cultures we have in our culinary team that influence our menus, I’m sure you’ll have a unique and memorable experience.
